Registration Fee

  • Registration fee $40 + GST per student
  • For families with 3 or more children there will be a flat rate of $90 + GST.
  • Sessional students are not required to pay registration fee

* Monthly installments are calculated over 9 months.

Family Discount – Families with two or more dancers registered for a total of 5 classes or more per week are entitled to 10% discount.  **Family Discount only applies to Full year programs. Sessionals are not included.

Payment Program

Payment must be made at the time of registration. Cash and cheque are accepted. Installment payments can be arranged; however, postdated cheques must be provided at the time of registration, dated for the 1st or the 15th of each month, from September to May. Please make cheques payable to Move Yourself Dance Ltd.

A $20 administration fee is charged on all NSF cheques.

We are able to accept your annual payment by credit card through PayPal. Our PayPal system will be set up in time for Registration on August 19.

Withdrawal Policy

Move Yourself Dance Ltd. will retain One month’s tuition in the event of withdrawals from class(es).  For example, if notice is given in November, the December’s post-dated cheque will be cashed. Move Yourself Dance Ltd. requires written notice of a student’s withdrawal. There will be no refunds for withdrawals after December 1, 2010. In case of serious illness/injury, tuition fees will be returned effective the date of a Doctor’s note.

Costumes will be invoiced at the time of purchase

Extra Fees (Optional)

  • Festival(s) – A newsletter will be sent out in November with a full explanation regarding festivals that Move Yourself Dance Ltd. will be attending.  **Reminder festivals are not mandatory.
  • Solos/Duets/Small Groups – Choreography Fees
  • Picture Packages – There will be a variety of dance picture packages available.
  • Recital Tickets – approx. $15.00 per ticket.
