Move Yourself Dance Ltd. was founded in 2009 in Sundre, AB and expanded to Olds, AB in 2012. Our Instructors specialize in a number of different dance disciplines with our students ranging from age 3 – adult. The founding principles of Move Yourself Dance are Integrity, Professionalism & Passion. Our studio is excited to be a part of both the Sundre and Olds communities while offering positive and professional dance training to dancers of all ages and experience. We firmly believe in our motto, Be Yourself, Challenge Yourself, Move Yourself.
